Paranoia

Do not trust an agent before you can see what it actually did.

Paranoia starts from a simple problem: when an agent says "done", what action actually happened, what evidence exists, and what state can a human reasonably trust?

What still needs to be clarified

The product still needs stable use situations, expected evidence, first users, and a demonstration path. The goal is clear: reduce the false certainty produced by AI agents.
