Contact

For any question about personal data: julien.talbot@ergonomia.re. When a form is available on the site, the content you submit is transmitted by email via the provider Resend. These messages are not stored in a marketing-site database. There is no self-serve signup and no magic-link trial on the site.

Data collected

The data processed are those you voluntarily provide (identity, email, phone where applicable; contact-message content) as well as aggregated and anonymous audience measurement data (see below).

Purposes

Information you send is used to:

  • answer your request, diagnose a work situation and, when needed, prepare a proposal;
  • provide the operated AI executive assistant service (performance of contract / pre-contractual steps);
  • reach you, including by phone only if you ask;
  • measure site audience in aggregated form to improve it.

Main legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); legitimate interest for aggregated audience measurement.

Audience measurement

The site uses Vercel Analytics, a cookie-free audience measurement solution. The data collected is aggregated and anonymous (page views, navigation paths, device type). Click events may be recorded (for example when a link is activated) without personal identifiers and without profiling.

“Operated AI executive assistant” service (clients)

In the context of the operated AI executive assistant service, ERGONOMIA processes data necessary for performance of the contract or pre-contractual steps (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Data processed:

  • identity and contact (first name, last name, email, phone where applicable);
  • content entrusted or authorized during the service (emails, calendar, documents, messages);
  • exchanges with your assistant (chat, email, phone — including transcripts);
  • technical metadata related to operation of the service.

No bank details are collected when you first get in touch. At subscription, payment is processed by Stripe — ERGONOMIA does not store any card data.

Sub-processors (Art. 28 GDPR), each for its purpose:

  • Resend — transactional and contact email;
  • Twilio — telephony (calls only if requested); transfer outside the EU framed;
  • xAI (United States) — AI model inference; transfer outside the EU framed by the provider’s contractual safeguards (no training on API data, deletion within 30 days);
  • Stripe — payment (subscription only);
  • Google — access to Gmail, Drive and Calendar only with the client’s OAuth authorization, revocable at any time;
  • Telegram — messaging;
  • European hosts (OVH, Hetzner);
  • dedicated assistant email mailbox services;
  • Composio — OAuth connection to tools.

Retention. Contract: at the end, access is revoked immediately and service data is erased within 30 days, unless a conflicting legal obligation applies. Non-converted contact requests: exchanges retained for up to three years after the last contact, unless you request otherwise.

Email or form exchanges (outside an active service) may be retained for up to three years after the last contact, unless you request otherwise or a different legal obligation applies. Audience measurement data is retained under Vercel Analytics’ policy, in aggregated form.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise these rights: julien.talbot@ergonomia.re. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority).

This website does not place tracking or advertising cookies. Vercel Analytics operates without cookies.
