Terms of sale.

Last updated: July 21, 2026. These terms of sale apply to the human-operated executive assistant offer available at julientalbot.com/en/agents. The service is reserved for professionals (B2B).

2. Service description

The offer is a human-operated executive assistant: an artificial intelligence agent configured and supervised by Julien Talbot, with a human in the loop. Any send or deletion action requires prior human validation. The service includes a daily morning Direction Brief.

3. Onboarding path and pricing

The entry path has three steps:

  • first mandate free of charge, no card required;
  • 7-day trial, no card required;
  • monthly subscription, depending on availability: early-bird at €99 excl. tax per month for the first 10 eligible subscriptions (remaining places shown on julientalbot.com/en/agents), or reference rate at €199 excl. tax per month (operated assistant with human support). Plus 8.5% VAT (rate applicable in La Réunion).

Early-bird — price guarantee. For early-bird subscriptions, the €99 excl. tax monthly rate is maintained for 12 months from subscription. After those 12 months, the reference rate (€199 excl. tax per month) applies while the subscription continues. This price guarantee is not a minimum term: you may cancel at any time (section 5).

Prices are stated exclusive of tax. The applicable VAT rate is 8.5% (rate in force in La Réunion).

4. Payment and renewal

No bank details are requested during the trial. Card payment via Stripe begins when you subscribe, at the end of the trial (no additional Stripe trial period on the payment link). Payment is then made on a monthly basis. The subscription renews automatically each monthly period unless cancelled.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal, including during the early-bird period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period already paid. No minimum commitment applies beyond the current monthly period. The 12-month early-bird guarantee is only a price cap, not a commitment to remain subscribed.

6. Access and data

The service may require access authorizations to your tools (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar) via OAuth. The scope of authorizations is controlled by the client. You may revoke these accesses at any time from your Google account. At the end of the contract, accesses are removed.

7. Service level

ERGONOMIA undertakes a best-efforts obligation (obligation de moyens). Support responds within 24 business hours (business days in La Réunion, excluding weekends and public holidays).

8. Liability

ERGONOMIA’s liability is capped at the amounts actually paid by the client over the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ERGONOMIA shall not be held liable for decisions made by the client based on the agent’s deliverables or suggestions.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms of sale are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be submitted to the competent courts of La Réunion, subject to any mandatory provisions that apply.
