An assessment before the tool
Steps 1 to 4 describe real work. Implementation is decided after the debrief, one piece of work at a time.
On site, in your premises
I am based in Réunion: the fieldwork happens at the workstation, at your premises. The first conversation sets the days on site.
A price stated beforehand
The assessment quote depends on size and scope. It is written before we start. VAT extra, at the rate applicable where the client is established (8.5% in Réunion).

Usually 3 to 5 days. The fifth step, implementation, is not in this quote.
Scoping
With management: the questions, one to three processes, the people to meet and the dates.
Fieldwork
Individual interviews and observation at the workstation, with a reading of working documents.
Validation
Each person reads the analysis of their own work. Nothing is shared without their approval.
Debrief
A workshop with the team, then the report: prioritised use cases and a roadmap over 0–3 months, 3–9 months, and beyond.

The price is stated before we start. VAT extra, at the rate applicable where the client is established (8.5% in Réunion).
