Trial terms.

These terms govern the free trial of Hermes, your executive agent offered by ERGONOMIA (Julien Talbot) on julientalbot.com/en/agents. The service is reserved for professionals (B2B).

1. Purpose

The trial grants access, for thirty (30) calendar days, to an executive-agent instance operated and supervised by Julien Talbot (Hermes, your agent).

2. Free — no card

The trial is free. No bank card is required at sign-up or during the 30 days. Payment (via Stripe) only applies if you subscribe after the trial — by email, if you choose to continue.

3. Start

Sign-up is via the form on julientalbot.com/en/agents (first name, last name, phone, email). A verification email is sent; clicking the link confirms the address and starts setup. Without confirmation within 24 hours, the request expires.

4. Ending the trial

To stop the trial: do nothing. No action is required. After 30 days without subscription, access ends automatically. You may also write to contact@julientalbot.com to request an earlier stop.

5. Data

Data collected for the trial (first name, last name, email, phone, service exchanges) is processed under the privacy policy. If the trial is not converted: trial data is erased within three (3) days after the trial ends, unless a conflicting legal obligation applies.

6. Service boundaries

Nothing is sent or deleted without your explicit approval. The phone number lets us reach you and lets you call your agent; he calls you only if you ask.
