Terms of use.
Last updated: July 20, 2026. These terms of use apply to the use of the human-operated executive assistant service and the julientalbot.com website. The service is reserved for professionals (B2B).
1. Purpose
These terms of use define the conditions of access to and use of the human-operated executive assistant service provided by ERGONOMIA, as well as the julientalbot.com website.
2. Access to the service
Access to the service is provided through the channels set out in the subscribed plan (chat, email, phone). The account and channels are provided by ERGONOMIA. The user undertakes to keep them confidential and not to transfer them to unauthorized third parties.
3. Authorizations and security
The client controls the OAuth authorizations granted to the tools they connect (for example Gmail, Drive, Calendar). These authorizations are revocable at any time from the client’s account. ERGONOMIA acts only within the authorized scope.
4. Human validation
No send or destructive action is performed without the client’s explicit validation. The assistant may refuse a mandate outside the scope of the service or contrary to these terms of use.
5. Acceptable use
The user shall not use the service for any illegal purpose, spam, distribution of unlawful content, or any attempt to circumvent the service’s safeguards.
6. Availability and support
ERGONOMIA undertakes a best-efforts obligation (obligation de moyens). Maintenance operations may temporarily interrupt the service. Support responds within 24 business hours (business days in La Réunion, excluding weekends and public holidays).
7. Intellectual property
Deliverables produced for the client in the course of the service belong to the client. The system, configuration, methods and tools remain the property of ERGONOMIA.
8. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
9. Suspension and termination
In the event of a serious breach of these terms of use, ERGONOMIA may suspend access to the service after notice. Termination of the subscription is governed by the terms of sale.
10. Changes to these terms
ERGONOMIA may amend these terms of use. Material changes are notified to clients by an appropriate means (email or notice on the service).
11. Governing law
These terms of use are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be submitted to the competent courts of La Réunion, subject to any mandatory provisions that apply.
