A consulting firm: an agent for producing deliverables
The head of a small consulting firm in Réunion has used his agent since June 2026. No routine. Documents produced on demand, reviewed by him. He is also a professional partner.
Context
He runs a small consulting firm in Réunion. Neither the firm nor its head is named here.
He is also a professional partner: we run projects together. The agent is added to that relationship. A case study that kept this link quiet would look self-serving.
Since June 2026, he has used the agent himself.
What was done
He does not work like a firm with daily flows. He produces documents, on demand, for different clients. Automating routines made no sense: none is switched on.
What was tooled is the production of a deliverable from his own materials.

The path of a response file for a call for projects.
The productions are of that kind. A requested Word file. Satisfaction analyses for a client, delivered in Word with charts. A response to a call for projects for one of his clients: memo, form texts, checklist, built from his scoping note, his proposal, a meeting recording and spoken exchanges. The client of that file is not named here.
The support includes the maintenance of the service.
What changed
Use is regular, with no routine. Deliverables came out of this work: satisfaction analyses and a call-for-projects file. For that file, I consolidated the documents; he rereads, corrects and sends them. The effect on his time has not been measured.
Limits
Whether the file was submitted before the deadline, and what the organisation did next, is not verified.
And in mainland France?
This case carries over to a freelancer or a small firm in mainland France. Producing a deliverable from his materials does not depend on the place: scoping note, proposal, meeting recording, spoken exchanges, then a Word document, charts and a checklist, which he rereads, corrects and sends. No routine is switched on.
